BRAVO AND BRAVA PLACES THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
All sales are final once an order has been placed. Bravo and Brava is unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
If you cancel your order (within 24 hours after the purchase timestamp) BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you may be granted a refund but you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Once the customer places an order, it serves as an agreement and a binding contract. This allows us to order the product from our supplier as per the customer's order.
- Buyer no longer wants the items - The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the price quoted before submitting an order.
After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/or the item is broken or if item has not been received within 5 weeks. Full responsibility will be taken by Bravo and Brava if the order is not supplied as per the description of if it does not arrive within 5 weeks.
Bravo and Brava offer replacements for any items that may have been received as defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Note that you have to contact us before you initiate any requests. We reserve the right to approve or reject your refund request depending on the eligibility of the request.
Returns (if eligible)
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will NOT be eligible for a refund. You MUST contact us within 3 days after the product after is delivered to you.
Request your Return Authorization by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed reason for the product return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the designated address of the warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
